Book a journey directly with DSD VTC Prestige

We offer 2 systems for booking your travel with us.
One method for last-minute or same-day bookings and one for itineraries and journeys planned in advance.

For a same-day booking

Simply contact Filipe, your chauffeur, by text message on + 33 (0)6 24 52 50 24 (so as not to disturb the chauffeur during his current journey and to provide him with accurate information about the journey). We need the following details:

Last name and first name
Pick-up date and time
Number of passengers (including the age of the child for the right car seat) / 3 people maximum
The pick-up and drop-off addresses (be specific)

– You will then be given the price by phone after we have reviewed your request.
– Simply text back to accept the price.
– The purchase order will be sent to you by email or text message thereafter. It will contain a breakdown of the service requested with all the information you need.
– We will call or text you to confirm the journey.
– Payment will be made directly in the vehicle using a payment terminal at the end of the service.

Please check the purchase order and notify us of any potential errors in a timely fashion, at least 1 hour before pick-up*

*Depending on the distance from xx to pick-up

For advance bookings

Simply send an email to contact@dsd-vtc-prestige.fr (or use the form below) stating the following details:

Last name and first name
Pick-up date and time
Number of passengers (including the age of the child for the right car seat) / 3 people maximum
Pick-up and drop-off addresses (please be as specific as possible)
Customisation of the service if required (bottle of champagne, confectionery, background music…)

– We will send you a full quote as quickly as possible.
– If needed, you can swap out or adjust the items of your choice.
– Once you have approved the quote, payment will be made securely in advance:

Payment terminal in the vehicle
By bank transfer
Or by PAYPAL.ME

You will then be sent a purchase order.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we will call you the day before the service to confirm the pick-up time and place.

Note that any booking that is not paid for in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the quote will not be approved or added to the schedule.
